Foot / Ankle

Ankle sprain is the most common activity-related injury in the foot and ankle. This needs to be properly rehabilitated in order to properly recover strength, flexibility and neurological capability in order to most effectively prevent re-injury. Other common problems include plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. These and other pain syndromes need to be properly exposed to the comprehensive functional and weight-bearing corrective exercises in order to best prepare somebody to return to activity in a pain-free and risk-reduced environment. Diagnoses include:

  • Various other foot and ankle joint and tendon pain syndromes
  • Post-surgical recovery
